Maybe Happy Ending opening night

November 11, 2024

A totally original new musical, Maybe Happy Ending, just opened to unanimous raves. This heartfelt story is about two retired robots (i.e. Helper Bots) who find themselves falling in love. Months ago, some of my comps were in the mix when AKA was developing the ad campaign. Unfortunately, mine weren’t selected. And, yes, I was bummed because I really liked my comps and, even more, the show is fantastic! I expect it to be strong contender for awards in the spring. It would have been a fun show to work on. But while I don’t officially work on Maybe Happy Ending, my husband does — he’s the Company Manager. He asked me to design a card based on one my comps for he and his Associate to send out on opening night. So, stars Darren Criss and Helen Shen got swapped for these two handsome men and the cards were a big hit with the company. Now that’s a happy ending.

Spotted: Our Town Subway Liveboard

October 30, 2024

Nice surprise as I got off the subway this morning on the way to work: I was greeted by my Our Town Liveboard. The animated spot cycles through some of the great reviews the show got, as well as, various production photos ending with this one of Jim Parsons and the company of 28 actors. And those with eagle-eyes may notice there are actually 29 people in the photo. That’s because director, Kenny Leon, snuck into the photo.

Left of Tenth opening night

October 23, 2024

Broadway welcomed a new romantic comedy to town: Delia Ephron’s new play, Left of Tenth, based on her memoir of the same name. To celebrate its opening night, all the Link screens in Times Square played the show’s advertising (prominently featuring stars Julianna Margulies and Peter Gallagher), letting the arriving audience know that they were in for a special night.

The Opening Night Playbill

Left on Tenth’s ads played on all the Link screens in Times Square. Even Street Elmo was excited for the opening.

Designer Morgan Dunn gifted me with a customized bottle of bubbly for Opening Night. She relabeled the bottle with a modified version of the show’s key art (using a celebratory photo of us) and logo (AKA’s offices are on 44th Street). Cheers!

Our Town opening night

October 10, 2024

Such a treat to see my favorite play up on the boards again! Kenny Leon’s production features a diverse cast of 28 (lead by Jim Parsons) and feels as relevant and powerful as it must have back when the original production opened in 1938. Were there tears? You bet there were—it would be impossible not to be moved by the end of the play! Even The New York Times critic Jesse Green admitted as much in his Critic’s Pick review: “I would tell you more about what was happening onstage but by that point I could no longer see it. Perhaps if you have lost a loved one, or feared losing yourself, you will feel the same way. In other words, you will feel the same way.”

Wicked recreates Broadway poster

October 9, 2024

Ever since the movie version of Wicked was announced, I’ve been waiting for this day. At last, the stars of the film, Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, strike the iconic pose from the Broadway key art! Though anyone else miss the red lip? Just kidding – it looks phemonenal. “Congratulotions! I couldn’t be happier!”

The Picture of Dorian Gray to open this spring

October 4, 2024

Sarah Snook, most famously known at Shiv Roy in Succession, brings her one-woman verison of The Picture of Dorian Gray to Broadway. The show was a sensation in London earlier this year, winning Snook an Olivier Award for Best Actress. Oh, and did I mention that she plays 26 roles? Prepare to be blown away.

Spotted: The Heart of Rock and Roll subway two-sheet

October 3, 2024

Every once in a while, I come across an old campaign that’s still posted. Sometimes it’s a taxi-top or billboard. Today I spotted a subway two-sheet for The Heart of Rock and Roll. Unfortunately, this musical from last season wasn’t a long-runner, but I really loved our campaign nonetheless. Set in the 1980’s, this romantic comedy was inspired by the songs of Huey Lewis and the News. For the campaign, we went full 80’s glam with our game cast: pastel neon effects, shimmer curtains and lots of hair mousse. This vibrant poster certainly made me smile when I stumbled across it in a dreary subway tunnel!

Our Town has such a large and diverse cast, we wanted to feature them in the advertising. So, we incorporated headshots of the company into the key art. Turns out the actors were just as excited by the campaign as we were and began sharing spotting themselves in the art on social media.

Cast member Noah Pyzik points out his photo.

Our Town first preview

September 17, 2024

It’s become customary for shows to give their first preview audience a small gift. In the case of Our Town, Concord Theatricals printed a special edition of Thornton Wilder’s script. And…I got to design the cover. Even better…I got to design the cover for my favorite play!

The special edition of the script was issued to commemorate this new production on Broadway. Cover design by me!

A script was placed on each chair to welcome the first preview audience members.

August 29, 2024

There’s a new leading man going into Water for Elephants: Kyle Selig. In preparation for his first performance, we took over the upstairs lobby of the Imperial Theatre to take new photos for advertising and the theater’s exterior. Shooting Kyle was a breeze: he’s super-charming and photographer Matt Murphy and his team got great photos, as always.

Left on Tenth Meet and Greet

August 27, 2024

Based on Delia Ephron’s best-selling memoir, Left on Tenth is a new romantic comedy coming to Broadway this fall. Written by one of the genre’s masters (she co-wrote You Got Mail with her sister Nora Ephron!!), it’s the true story of how Delia unexpectedly finds love after the death of her husband. Produced by the legendary Daryl Roth and directed by Susan Stroman, it stars Julianna Margulies and Peter Gallagher. I was privileged to attend the show’s “meet and greet,” which is a gathering on the first day of rehearsal of the cast and company. Not only was it catered by Zabar’s, everyone also got a baseball cap!

On the other side of the Camera for Union Beauty Salon

August 18, 2024

Okay, this was a truly unexpected experience. I was just getting my hair cut at Union Beauty Salon in Park Slope by the wonderful Amy Meehan, when the owner of the salon, Angela Taormino, stopped by introduced herself. Turns out they were having a photoshoot the following week and she asked me to be a model. After I stopped laughing, I agreed. I mean, why not see what it’s like on the other side of the camera for a change!

I was recently reading one of my favorite travel magazines, Afar, and came across a feature on one of my institutional accounts: Hillwood Estate, Museum and Gardens. Sometimes referred to Washington D.C’s Downton Abbey, Hillwood Estate is the former home of Marjorie Merriweather Post. If you’re in D.C., be sure to check it out – it’s like stepping back in time.

Flashback: The Normal Heart photoshoot

June 14, 2024

After visiting Photo Call: The Theater Photos of Joan Marcus and Carol Rosegg I remembered this photo Joan took back in 2011 of her assistant and me while setting up the group photo of the cast. Joan caught me in full Tiger Beat pose. And please know that no cast member posed like this (check out the photos in the link below)! Like I mentioned previously, a Joan Marcus shoot is always fun!

Photo Call: The Theater Photos of Joan Marcus and Carol Rosegg at the NY Public Library for the Performing Arts

July 13, 2024

I recently visited the NY Public Library for the Performing Arts to visit an overview of Joan Marcus and Carol Rosegg’s work. Joan and Carol have been photographing theatre productions for over four decades, so the exhibit is a wonderful walk down memory lane: Wicked, The Lion King, Gypsy…the list goes on and on. The galleries are full of amazing photos and dishy behing-the-scenes stories. And besides being uber-talented, Joan is one of my favorite people in the biz! Working with her is always a joy. Not only do you get great photos, you have the best time capturing them. The exhibit runs through September 28.

Appropriate wins 3 Tony Awards

June 16, 2024

It’s been a busy award season for Appropriate and its star, Sarah Paulson. After winning Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle and Drama League Awards, Appropriate capped off the season with the Tony Award for Best Revival. Sarah also won for Best Actress and Jane Cox for Best Lighting Design. After extending numerous times, the show announced its final extension, so if you haven’t seen it, you’d better hurry. This is one not to miss!

Flashback: A big night at the Tony Awards

June 10, 2024

Six years ago I went to the Tony Awards for the first time. It was worth the wait, as it was an extremely good night! The Band’s Visit won 10 awards, including Best Musical. Harry Potter and the Cursed Child won 6 awards, including Best Play. And Once on this Island won Best Revival of a Musical. 17 awards in total! I think it was my lucky pins that did the trick.

My lucky Tony Award pin collection: a goat for Once on this Island; a cap for The Band’s Visit and my Hufflepuff House pin for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Student Edition Premieres

May 15, 2024

The first student production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child premiered at Hoboken High School and it’s ADORABLE! And the talented cast is so enthusiastic and charming. The Broadway production is so technically stunning, I couldn’t imagine how they would be able to scale it down for student productions, but — wow! There was so much creativity that went into the staging. They even had a student fly on a broom across the stage, which the Broadway production doesn’t even do — maybe they should add it?

The program for the Hoboken High School production of Harry Potter and the Curse Child. I may have some notes.

Tony Nom Tuesday – 2024

April 30, 2024

The Tony Award Nominations were announced this morning and AKA’s shows received 58 nominations – that’s one more than last year!

Two of my play revivals did particularly well:

  • Appropriate received 8 nominations including Best Revival of a Play, Best Actress in a Play (Sarah Paulson), Best Featured Actor in a Play (Corey Stoll) and Best Director of a Play (Lila Neugebauer)

  • Purlie Victorious, A Non-Confederate Romp through the Cotton Patch received 6 nominations including Best Revival of a Play, Best Actor in a Play (Leslie Odam, Jr.), Best Featured Actress in a Play (Kara Young) and Best Director of a Play (Kenny Leon).

The Tony voters are gonna have a tough time picking between this two powerhouse productions!

Our Town to open this fall

April 3, 2024

My favorite play, Our Town, is returning to Broadway this September and I couldn’t be more excited. Directed by Kenny Leon, this production will feature a cast of 28, including Jim Parsons, Katie Holmes, Julie Halston, Ephraim Sykes, and Richard Thomas. Opening right before the Presidential elections, the timing for this classic couldn’t be better.

Appropriate moves to the Belasco Theatre

March 25, 2024

Appropriate was a huge hit this winter for Second Stage at their Hayes Theatre. Unfortunately, their next show Mother Play starring Jessica Lange and Jim Parsons was scheduled to open there for the spring. So, Sarah Paulson, Corey Stoll and team packed their bags and moved down the street to the historic Belasco Theatre. Catch ‘em through June 23!

Spotted: Subway Liveboards for the Frick Modern’s final weeks

March 3, 2024

After three years the Frick Collection’s temporary residency at the Breuer Building (which will always be the Whitney to me) has ended. If you didn’t make it, you missed out on seeing the Frick’s amazing art in a brand new light. You’ll just have to wait until the collection reopens back at the mansion, which ain’t too shabby either, especially since they spent the time renovating their former home.

The Heart of Rock and Roll photoshoot

January 30, 2024

The Heart of Rock and Roll, the new musical based on the songs of Huey Lewis and the News, is gearing up for its spring opening. Set in the 1980’s, it’s the story of young man who works in a box factory (because it’s “hip to be square,” ya know), but dreams of becoming a rock star. For the shoot we shot the cast on three floors of a dive bar with a wonderful 80’s vibe, (The Broadway in Brooklyn). Though that still wasn’t 80’s enough for me, so I gave them a glam neon spin.

Spotted: Alice Neel on Succession

January 21, 2024

Alright, I’m a little late to the game and I’m just now watching Succession. In Season One I noticed that Logan Roy’s Manhattan mansion (yes, I need to specify, since apparently he has numerous mansions) is just cross the street from The Met. What’s funny, is that I usually have Uber pick me up from that area, because it’s easier for the drivers to find me there than in front of the crowded museum. I hope the Roy’s don’t mind! In any case, it was nice to spot banners for one of my favorite exhibitions, the Alice Neel show from 2021, in this Season Three episode.

Harry Potter smashes box office record

January 1, 2024

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child wrapped up 2023 by breaking its own record for weekly ticket sales for a non-musical play — reporting a gross of $2,718,487.50. It was also named by the Guinness World Records as the highest-grossing non-musical play in Broadway history with more than $330 million total sales and more than 2.583 million tickets sold.

Another openin’, another show

December 18, 2023

Hot on the heels of Spain, Second Stage opened their final of show of 2023 – Appropriate. Starring Sarah Paulson, Corey Stoll and in her Broadway debut, Elle Fanning, Branden Jacobs-Jenkins’ play opened to rave reviews. The New York Times called it “a brilliant, blistering, outrageous play.” This will be one to watch come Awards Season!

Happy Anniversary…to me!

November 17, 2023

Nine years ago I started working at AKA. What a crazy, thrilling ride it’s been! During my time at AKA, I’ve worked on 130-ish productions (on Broadway, Off-Broadway, across the United States and even overseas) and with at least 30 theatrical/cultural institutions (some are the most prestigious in the world). I’ve been able to do insanely creative work, probably the best in my career – hell, I even converted a theater into a Chocolate Factory! I’ve been lucky enough to go to the Tony Awards (the first time I went, our shows won 19 awards). I’ve even won a few awards myself. But most importantly, I’ve had the privilege to work alongside some of the most talented and dedicated people in the business. So…cheers, AKA! Happy Anniversary to us!

Here I am back in 2015, visiting the London offices of AKA.

New York, New York trailer wins Gold Muse and Gold Davey Awards

November 5, 2023

The epic spot we created for New York, New York was honored with both Gold Muse and Gold Davey Awards. It was as a campaign as big as New York City and even though the show closed earlier than we would have liked, I’m still very proud of the work we did on it. While we never create campaigns to win awards, it’s still really nice when the work is recognized for it’s excellence.

Wicked celebrated its 20th Anniversary. While I no longer work on Wicked, my ten+ years on the account are some of the fondest and proudest of my career. Disney on Broadway celebrates Disney’s 100th Anniversary

October 16, 2023

Disney on Broadway recently performed a mash-up of some of their biggest Broadway hits on Good Morning America. I’ve had the privilege to work on seven of their shows: Beauty and the Beast, Aida, The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, Mary Poppins, Newsies, and Peter and the Starcatcher. It was great seeing some of the original “newsies” perform as if they have never aged (check them out from the original production: Newsies Photo Shoot). But even better was seeing my Starcatcher poster in the mix!

Purlie Victorious opening night

September 27, 2023

The revival of Ossie DavisPurlie Victorious, A Non-Confederate Romp through the Cotton Patch opened to rave reviews. The play was last seen on Broadway 62 years ago and is still as potent and timely as it was then. Leslie B. Jordan, Jr. (in his first return to Broadway since winning a Tony Award for Hamilton) and Kara Young give knock-out performances. This is definitely one that will be a contender come Award Season.

2023 AKA Awards

August 17, 2023

Every year the staff at AKA vote for a series of Awards of Distinction. In the past I’d won the Dedication Award (a few times, actually), but I’d just chalked that up to being a hard worker. This year I was honored with one of the highest honors: the Leadership Award. Besides being surprised, I was very touched that this came from my peers. I really do work with amazing (and amazingly talented) people, so to be acknowledged by them is truly is an honor.

Sometimes you receive an honor for doing a job you love.

Pixel Forest at the Kunsthaus Zurich

July 16, 2023

So, even though I’m not involved with this, I had to share it – it’s just so freakin’ cool. This summer I spent two weeks in Zurich, Lucerne and Lake Como (with a trip on the Bernina Express through the Alps). The trip was fantastic (in spite of a heat wave), especially this one experience. While visiting the Kunsthaus Zurich, I stumbled into Pipilotti Rist’s Pixel Forest. The entrance is a dark doorway in the corner of a gallery. It was very easy to overlook. We almost didn’t even venture in – which would have been a huge mistake. Inside is a small room full of strands of glowing crystals that pulsate and morph into a variety of colors. The floor and walls seemed to be a black reflective material, so the crystals seemed to expand for eons. There’s also a hypnotic, tranquil soundscape. It truly seemed as if I’d entered another world…or dimension…or dove underwater…or was floating in a magical cave…or…or…oh, I don’t know, but I could have stayed there for hours. In any case, if in Zurich be sure to check it out.

Attending The Tony Awards

June 11, 2023

The 2022-23 Season wrapped up with The Tony Awards. This year was held at the gorgeous United Palace Theater up in Washington Heights. Because of the WGA Strike, the show was unscripted, but with Ariana DeBose hosting, it went off without a hitch. However, the best news was there were a few wins for my shows! Parade won Best Musical Revival and its director, Michael Arden, won Best Direction of a Musical; Sean Hayes in Good Night, Oscar won Best Actor in a Play; and New York, New York won Best Set Design of a Musical. The only snag of the evening was getting home to Brooklyn from so far uptown. I did what any true New Yorker would do: I took the subway. I will confess it was little strange riding the subway in a tux at 12:30 am, but I was in good company — I bumped into a friend who was a producer of this year’s Best Musical. He joked: “Sometimes you’re on-stage at the Tonys and next thing you know, you’re on a subway.” Yep. That pretty much sums things up.

Taking a quick selfie before the show started.

The last musical of the season opened! New York, New York

April 26, 2023

New York, New York closed out the 2022-23 Season in grand fashion. This big-hearted love letter to New York City had audiences on their feet numerous times during the show, but none more than the curtain call. After cheering the amazing cast, choreographer/director Susan Stroman brought out the creative team, including Lin-Manuel Miranda and 96-year-old, legendary composer John Kander. Following this, New York City Mayor, Eric Adams, gave a rousing speech, reminding everyone that Broadway was back and (quoting the musical) “to never bet against New York!”

Opening Night for Good Night, Oscar

April 24, 2023

Sean Hayes gives a tour de force performance as Oscar Levant in the new play Good Night, Oscar. Shooting him for the key art was one of the few times producers didn’t insist we show the star’s face. Instead we captured this strong image that teases the transformation Sean goes under to inhabit Oscar (the joke from the set was that Sean was “backting”). Regardless, Sean is one of the sweetest guys and many of his (famous) friends attended the Opening Night. I actually walked into the theater next to Martin Short and with Steve Martin on my heels!

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child celebrates its 5th Anniversary.

The Thanksgiving Play opens at Second Stage.

April 20, 2023

The Thanksgiving Play is the first Broadway play written by a Native American woman, Larissa Fasthorse. It also an hysterically funny, biting satire starring Scott Foley, Katie Finneran, Chris Sullivan and D’Arcy Carden. In the show a bunch of extremely well-meaning theatre folk try to create a children’s play about Thanksgiving, only to be hindered by their desperate attempts at “wokeness.” D’Arcy plays an actress who was cast on the misconception that she’s Native American. As a hint to this, in the key art I placed a leaf on her head like a feather in an “Indian headdress.”

White Girl in Danger’s Opening Night

April 10, 2023

From Michael R. Jackson, the creator of the Tony Award-winning Best Musical A Strange Loop, comes a joint production by Second Stage Theater and The Vineyard Theatre: White Girl in Danger. It’s a fever dream mashup of classic daytime and primetime soap operas, Lifetime movies, and red-hot melodrama. The New York Times called it "a wild new musical with mile-a-minute jokes" — and they weren’t lying!

March 29, 2023

From choreographer/director Susan Stroman (The Producers), composers John Kander/Fred Ebb (Chicago, Cabaret) and additional lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda (um…Hamilton) comes the new musical, New York, New York. It’s a big, huge Broadway show that’s a love letter to NYC. This truly was a special night and the audience went insane at the end!

Parade opens to raves on Broadway.

March 16, 2023

Parade was a masterpiece just waiting to be re-discovered. While the original 1998 production won Tonys for its Book and Score, it was ultimately a bit of a lumbering production (my apologies, Hal Prince!). The current production soars! Yes, there are powerhouse performances from Ben Platt and Micaela Diamond, but it’s Michael Arden’s inventive direction that makes this production so impactful and (unfortunately) timely.

Shout out to Art Director Alex Enterline, who’s done a phenomenal job running with this show.

Why do you “Go to The Met”?

February 6, 2023

For this spring campaign, we wanted to encourage locals to visit (especially since The Met is always pay as you wish for New Yorkers). So we asked actual visitors why they go to The Met. Their responses were as varied and passionate as the patrons themselves. To target locals, the TVC was supported by a strong outdoor and on-line presence.

New York, New York launches in a big way.

February 2, 2023

A big show deserves a big commercial! And that’s exactly what New York, New York got. We launched their new campaign with a 90 second trailer. It even ran on broadcast television – an extremely rare occurrence. Most Broadway spots are 15 or 30 seconds.

Between Riverside and Crazy opens on Broadway (finally!)

December 19, 2022

The original Second Stage production of Between Riverside and Crazy was the last show I was working on when I left Serino/Coyne. I knew I still had unfinished business! Coming full circle with Second Stage fifteen years later has been a totally satisfying experience. And seeing most of the original Off-Broadway cast come back together and finally open on Broadway years later, only enriches the experience.

Shooting a new spring campaign for The Met

December 7, 2022

Another shoot at The Met! Of course, every shoot presents last-minute challenges that must be overcome. In this case, the Content Director tested positive for Covid the day before the shoot. No problem: Chief Creative Officer, Miky Wolfe, stepped in and helped Aaron Coleman (Creative Director) and myself knock this one out of the park. The shoot went off without a hitch!

A trip to The Museum of Broadway

November 26, 2022

Look what I found in a dark stairwell at The Museum of Broadway – a windowcard for one my first shows, Dracula, The Musical. Even though the show was a notorious flop, I’ve always loved the art which featured a sexy photo of a woman’s neck (shot by Deborah Turberville). Be sure to check out The Museum of Broadway. You never know what you’re going to find!

Bah humbug!

November 14, 2022

You may think you never need to see another production of A Christmas Carol, but this one will change your mind! Michael Arden’s direction makes this a chilling ghost story full of magic and spooky tricks. And Jefferson Mays is phenomenal, playing every character – even a potato. No joke.

Spotted: Harry Potter’s new campaign

November 1, 2022

I just watched Harry Potter and the Cursed Child’s new commercial in a taxi. Looks great!

Hermione and her daughter Rose kick butt.

It’s beginning to look a lot like A Christmas Carol.

October 27, 2022

Trust me, this isn’t your normal A Christmas Carol. This production harkens back to Charles Dickens’ original darker intentions and focuses on the chilling aspects of the tale. The original was subtitled “A Ghost Story” for a good reason! This production stars Jefferson Mays in a bravo performance, so of course, he’s featured prominently on the FOH.

Getting ready to Come Fall in Love.

October 6, 2022

I made a quick trip out to the Old Globe Theatre in San Diego to see Come Fall in Love. It’s a fun, new musical based on the global film sensation Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (which fans call DDLJ for short). Hopefully, we’ll see it on Broadway soon!

The Key Art references the finale of the show which takes place during Holi, the Festival of Colors, Love and Spring.

My last trip to Gander

October 2, 2022

Sadly, Come From Away closed after 1695 performances. This was an extremely special show. It always reminded me just how wonderful people can be in times of need and it never failed to bring joyful tears to my eyes. On this night, the tears were non-stop. I was a sloppy mess and I cherished every minute of it!

Start spreading the news…

September 9, 2022

The new musical New York, New York is coming to Broadway this spring! We just shot models to use in the key art. And choreographer/director Susan Stroman was on set overseeing the moves.

Spotted: Harry Potter and the Cursed Child’s new key art

May 30, 2022

For the relaunch of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, we created brand new key art that still promised all the magic you’d expect, but focused on Harry and his son’s relationship. Nice to see it out in the world.

A massive photo shoot at The Met

April 14, 2022

To capture new membership photos, we shot over a dozen models in numerous locations over a two day period. On the first day, The Met was closed to the public; on the second, it was open. Guess which was easier.

Mad House photo shoot

March 30, 2022

Helping out AKA’s London office, I oversaw the photo shoot for the West End production of Mad House, starring David Harbour and Bill Pullman. As you can guess the character’s have a complicated father/son relationship.

Clyde’s opens on Broadway

November 3, 2021

Uzo Aduba stars as the owner of a sandwich shop (and a bad-ass bitch) in Clyde’s. Both Uzo and the show opened to raves.

Seeing my first show since the shut-down!

September 21, 2021

For my first show back, I chose an old friend, Come From Away. Seeing it is normally an emotional experience, but this night the audience went crazy — giving a standing ovation as the show started. Everyone was in tears, as was the cast. It felt fantastic to be back at a Broadway show (even if it meant proof of vaccination and a mask).

Clyde’s has a photoshoot in LA

August 14, 2021

Uzo Aduba is one busy lady! For Second Stage’s production of Clyde’s, she flew in on her day off from a series she was filming in Toronto. We only had a few hours with her (including hair and makeup) to capture both a commercial and key art. Working closely with Sam McMenamin (Creative Director) and Sam Veal (Director), we chose to shoot on high-def and pull screenshots for the key art. Of course, she was a pro and we got it done with time to spare! The spot went on to win both a Clio Award for Live Entertainment and a Telly Award for Entertainment.

See the commercial below.

The Frick Collection has a (temporary) new address

While the mansion of The Frick Collection undergoes a massive renovation, they’ve moved into the Breuer Building and rebranded as Frick Madison. It’s fascinating to see their masterpieces in such a modern setting.

All-night shoot at Edge

November 11, 2020

The views from Edge are amazing. And even more magical at sunrise. This shoot started at 11:00pm and wrapped just in time for Edge to open to the public the next morning. Exhausting, but worth it.
